Free Tai Chi & Qigong Classes

Qigong is a Chinese mind-body practice of aligning body, mind and breath for exercise, healing, meditation and energy cultivation. Join us for a series of meetups (Oct 5, Nov 2 & Dec 7, 2014) to practice together 'Lift Qi Up & Pour Qi Down' from Zhineng Qigong which is also known as Wisdom Healing Qigong. No prior experience is required as instruction will be provided. All are welcome!
All participants are required to complete and sign a registration and release form. Please make sure that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the form.
